DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT TEAM

HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY

Present:        Heather Wheeler, Amanda Masterson, Kelly Brown, Matt Tyner, Bruce Congleton, Leslie Joslin, LaQuita Zenkner, Kristie Morgan, Courtni Frizzell, Terrie Hagood, Joyce Whatley, Ann Smith, Vicky Williams, Shari Jackson, Peggy Brumit, and Bonnie McGee

Mrs. Bain called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

1. District Improvement Plan – The committee reviewed the plan and suggested changes.

2. Zero Policy Considerations - After suggestions were given and discussion, it was decided that this item would be given to the campus level teams to develop a recommended policy.

3. Next Meeting – The revised district plan will be reviewed by the committee prior to the next school board meeting.  The date for the next meeting will be announced as soon as plan is ready. 

4.         Adjourn - The meeting was adjourned.
