What an awesome effort displayed last night with a score of 11-7. The boys started off early buying in to the game of “small ball”.
We went up early by 2. They came back to tie it up. The Fruitvale bats came alive in the 3rd inning to put 5 runs up. They put a new pitcher in. We continued to play fundamental baseball putting 4 more runs up on the board.
Every one of these kids played great tonight, and are getting better every day. The blue team played really hard with a couple of guys putting the ball in play.
The team is now 3-1 and tied for first!
