Hello, my name is Mr. Perritt, and I am the school counselor at Hallie Randall Elementary School. I am entering my 13th year in education and am a lifelong resident of Van Zandt County. My wife and I have been married for 21 years, and we have four children and three grandchildren. I believe that kids are a gift from
God, and their lives must be filled with innocence, joy, and laughter. My goal for this academic year is to help every student acknowledge their role in positively impacting society. We will work closely with each student to set physical, social, and educational goals to strengthen their educational experience. By working together, our students learn that teamwork helps students open up and
encourage each other. Mother Teresa once said, “None of us, including me, ever do great things, but we can all do small things with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.” Please feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns. Amanda Meroney

Hello and welcome back! My name is Mrs. Meroney and I am thrilled to be back for my 2nd year as the Junior High Counselor here at Fruitvale. I absolutely love being a bobcat. I am married with 3 children, 2 cats, and a dog. Some of my favorite things are good books, the beach, shopping, and my family. My role is to provide support for students, parents, and teachers to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment. Amanda Masterson

Hello! My name is Mrs. Masterson and I am in my 21st year in education and this will be my 10th year as a School Counselor. I have been married 22 years with 2 children and 2 dogs. Anyone that knows me knows my loves are family, Tarelton State, STARS hockey, reading and spending time at the beach. I love being a high school counselor. Being able to watch my students achieve their goals and finding their happiness makes this worthwhile. My role is to provide support to my students in academics and social emotional learning.
